Not speculation. based on past actions, holmes. read the article.

This was a solid take, and one that should give anyone pause.
    ok, if you say so

    1) The number of very plausible flashpoints,
    2) past Chinese government's willingness to spark small scale wars all the way up to full on interventions, which was a bit new to me.
    3) Chinese hubris causing them to overestimate their hand and something escalating.

Chinese autocracy insulates its ular head with yes-men. That is a recipe for disaster.
theres a reason #2 is new to you, its basically laughable. All of the mentioned incidents were defensive in nature and decades ago. Did china colonize vietnam or north korea? no they didnt. The US has more military activity in each single decade, than communist china does in its history, on top of that many of the US actions were offensive in nature and based on false pretenses. Can you imagine if china were training a puerto rican or hawaiian army? and even then the comparison isnt perfect because china actually has a much more legitimate claim over taiwan than the US does on puerto rico or hawaii..

im not saying chinese are perfect or anything like that, but for an american to complain about ANY other country starting wars/saber rattling is laughable. if diplomacy and aversion to war are the hallmarks of democracy, either there is a flaw in the theory or the US is not a democracy...

    didnt say that

but why would another country going communist (lol) specifically be a driver of war?
If 2 countries are competing for supremacy doesnt matter what they are right?

I think what the posters are referring to is voting Democrat is a vote for Big Business, MIC, warmongers.

I disagree. I think regardless of the party. The repugs or demo s are puppets of MIC, Big Corps and warmongers

Yes. Because the democratic communists are puppets of the big corps, mic, warmongers.

I do disagree. The repugs are also puppets

    Cheers

China absolutely installed friendly governments in both vietnam and north korea.

agree with the rest of it though.

the question is "what will drive china to war" and you agreed with "voting for democrats"

why would china be driven to war if we elected (who you consider to be) fellow communists?
Because sooner or later your dems will be having to fight their way out of this hole first and will most def look towards their overlords for help to defeat those in this nation who still love this country.

Most def. The repubs are spineless pussies who "act" like they're outraged and ready to control the situation but they're sellouts just like the dems in office.

so democrats, who in your hypothetical are being elected, will enlist the help of communist china to declare war against the rest of the US? this is your theory?

IDC what you think bro because what you think really doesn't matter. You know as well as I know that the destruction of America is happening right before our very eyes under this hack administration so play coy all you'd like but you'll wise up sooner or later. Either that or you'll be standing on the wrong side of history bro.

You know what I think and that's why I said, "IDC what you think", as in I don't care what you think of me, what I think, etc... 's going to hit the fan sooner or later and it's just a matter of time unfortunately for us all. I truly hope both sides are just worked up over nothing but I don't think that's the case.
