the starting lineup needs to be:

    Murray
    White (id settle for Lonnie)
    Vassel
    Young
    Jakob

a good mix of shooting, driving, and defense...

    Tre
    Primo
    Lonnie (or White)
    Doug
    KJ
    Collins/Jock

and form that bench, see who is consistent, and over time give the inconsistent guys less minutes...but that bench can be DANGEROUS because Tre is savvy and can score + run an offense...Primo has shown he can be good defensively and can score in dynamic fashion...Lonnie has shown he can be explosive with his scoring...so I imagine him running with that bench squad will open things up for him...KJ will be the basket attacker of the bunch...Doug, Collins, and Jock can space the floor...Jock can provide the size and scoring from the center position to slow things down if need be...that bench I can see outscoring other benches with their speed, shooting, and attacking nature

what we have now is fun to watch, but frustrating because you know Pop is ing up the lineups and the squad can be a bit better if managed correctly

It's obvious that popovich is holding off on getting the coaching wins record because he probably knows they'll force him out. If we get enough wins and he's 2 wins away with 30 games to go, I wouldn't put it past him to throw the last 30 games of the season just so he can come back next year. At this point in his life, he's Brooks from Shawshank Redemption.

tbh i like keeping Vas off the bench bc he's the only one who can play any defense. It really helps with us on the floor to have him paired with Lonnie. Imagine Lonnie and McBuckets on the floor together. That's statistically the same thing as having Marco and Mills together.

Who is gonna force him out? He's the president of basketball ops only the Holts can get rid of him basically and I guarantee you Holt Jr doesn't have the balls to do it

Not a bad post, OP. I wonder if white or Murray might be better with the second unit. I know we all begged for the White/Murray front court, but damn, White’s been anything but consistent. And, as much as I like Murray he’s a very average floor general. White might be a better PG if he’s not sharing point duties…not sure what the fix should be.

When that attendance starts dropping, they're gonna do something. If not, then they are all in on throwing games to let the attendance drop so they can move the team.

U can't bench Murray... He has been playing MUCH better than White, and is younger... U have to reward that... White hasn't shown he can be consistent... Ever... Makes no sense to start him

white has ball handling issues. I don't understand how an NBA guard can't dribble. But we also had Bellineli

30 game losing streak? He'd not be back.
