They pick Kamala as VP to appeal to a certain segment of the voting block , then immediately hand her the biggest sh1t sandwich (aka the border) in VP history. I don't think it's a coincidence. I do think old Joe remembers her race card tactics in the debates and purposely pulled the chair out from her. Now it all makes sense.
