The law also disallows students from receiving credit for volunteering for political campaigns or interning with advocacy groups and lobbying firms.
Senate Bill 3 also requires one teacher and one campus administrator from each school district to attend a yet-to-be-created civics training program that will teach how race and racism should be taught in schools. The Texas Education Agency is now required to set up an advisory board for said training program, a move some view as onerous and redundant.

Are we gonna examine all critical race theory or just the part that bashes white people? Blacks committing the majority of the crime in this country...will that be part of the critical race theory curriculum? If not...why not? Will they teach that hispanics love to break the law and cross the border illegally? Will they teach that blacks dont play well with others and attack asians more than any other race attacks asians in America? If not...then CRT is a joke.

Is that like a personal definition or something? it doesn't square with the definition of the legal studies/sociology of law subfield from which the le is derived. CRT qua academic subfield holds that race is socially constructed and ins utional, rather than emanating from individuals or determined by biology.
CRT literally doesn't believe races exist apart from legal and social conventions.
