I know it’s not a popular opinion, but jail is supposed to solely punish you by removing certain freedoms. ‘Club Fed’ type of prisons fail that, and that’s why they’re wrong, but punishing inmates beyond that is also wrong.

Exactly, I was reading that as well. With Epstein suiciding, it looked like they might not get any justice at all, this is a great first step. Also, if you can’t even convict this who was at the middle of everything, even less of a chance you can go after associates.

So it makes sense she was tried first, and we’ll see how this develops.
