Number of cases reporting for urgent care would be the same according to you, but that means a lot more people aren't reporting for care, but are getting natural immunity.

Make up your mind, are you focused on hospitalization rate, individual symptom severity, infection rate, double infection rate, immunity, vaccination, what?
What's your solution to hospitalization rate if not immunity? You cannot shut down the entire world for 5 years.
If the natural immunity rate changes then that will eventually mean fewer hospital admissions. If the hospitalization rate lowers but numbers in the hospital stay the same, then that's a more temporary issue than having the same number of new patients in hospitals with lower natural immunity being gained.
