I mean technically if Satoransky got something left in the tank, the Spurs could deal White now. I doubt they do that though. Also a 2nd in which year? Don't we have like 3 in this draft already?
Satoransky seems washed.

Why does it suck for him? He can go right back and resign with Utah if he wants and if they were planning on keeping him.
Spurs have one pick in the 2nd this year.
He's expiring? Yeah, that's fine.
They have two - Detroit's and LAL's.
Thomas is trash but his contract is up and spura keep acquiring assets
You spoke it into existence!
i was definitely eager![]()
good trade
Two second round picks for Bryn Forbes and a Satoransky rental.. Thats a decent haul for almost nothing. Here's hoping for more.
Oh you're right. I thought it was only one out of the 3 in that trade but its LAL and the better of the other two.
EDIT: Actually I'm seeing it both ways online. We'll see. Might be 1 or might be 2.
We need decent bigs... Hopefully this guy doesn't see the court... White needs to be traded
Satoransky's contract is worth 10 million. I didn't realize it was that big, but yeah the Spurs have another tradable contract to make this a really good deadline now.
yup I forgot he signed a 3/30 deal
Turned Forbes’ $4.5mm salary into Juan’s $6.2mm salary, which was turned into Sadoransky’s $10mm salary
They paid a lot less than the difference in salaries though for the pick, as the season is 2/3 over. Probably something like $6.8mm total. So they paid a little over a million bucks for each second rounder. And that’s assuming no buyout where they save money.
Well done.
I hope satoransky is on an expiring contract
They also got $2.5 mil in the Bos-Den deal and will probably get some cash in this deal as well, as Utah are reducing their tax bill significantly.
my thoughts
So to be clear you are scoffing at Bagley because you don't think he is good enough or whatever but then turn around and want us to get Jalen Smith who just flat out isn't good enough to crack Phoenix rotation.
What exactly does Jalen Smith do that the spurs would be interested in other than just not being Drew Eubanks?
Bryn Forbes still raining SRPs on the franchise. Our G-League team is gonna be staaaaaaaaacked.
it's basically the same case, an attempt, nothing more.
Spurs now have 25 mil in expiring deals in tomas/thad
don't the Blazers need some more cap space and gift us something?![]()
An expiring contract, White and 2 second round picks for Collins maybe?
