Flying with some of the kids that come into San Antonio for training now... they just dont have a clue. Small town, uneducated, not many choices.

Maybe Putin thinks he can take Ukraine but that's the most he can possibly pull off and he definitely knows that. Or maybe he just wants to keep Ukraine a buffer zone by ensuring it remains a dysfunctional hole that will never qualify to be part of NATO, that part he has already accomplished.
