Worst dunk contest of all time
Dunk contest was pure trash! Just when I thought it couldn't be even worse the last few years...
I have seen better dunks in an actual game then what we just saw.
That was a complete and utter show lmao worst Saturday all star event in my lifetime. Every event sucked imo
This whole weekend so far has been horrible. The AI versus TMac show was cringe. NBA needs to stop trying to be so hip and woke.
I wonder if Robinson would have gone had Murray not made the All-Star team. It's awesome that DeJounte could see an SA face there. Obviously there are guys like LeBron and DeRozan who will be there, but they have their own things going on.
He was a judge in the dunk comp man
He was going there regardless of whether Dejounte went since the NBA is having the 75 greatest players ceremony at the all-star game and he's obviously 1 of the 75 greatest.
I have actually thought the ASG weekend so far has been good outside of the dunk contest. The 3-point contest was exciting and the new innovation with the skills contest made it fun to watch. Also, the Rookies game the other night was very compe ive. The only thing that has been terrible so far is the dunk contest
Basing the all-star weekend on the AI vs Tmac highlight event show and saying it's too woke is silly.
Seriously. 90% of this board wouldn’t have known it was AS Weekend if DJ didn’t make it lol.
3pt comp was the only entertaining part. Dunk comp was terrible but atleast they had real judges this year. Skills comp was a waste of time and a terrible format; what was with the Giannis brothers trio?!? The commentary was painful across all events. DJ Khaled is annoying AF, D Wade is painful to listen to. I could rant for days.
Steph and Ayesha little romance movie trailer… WTF was that?
I mean, I think most people would have noticed the Spurs not playing for a week. But I haven't watched the ASG or any of the fixins in years. I probably won't start this time around either. I hear I missed some awful stuff.
Are all of the living members of the 75 going to be there? I get that some of them won't because they just won't, but I didn't know they were supposed to be there.
Same. I enjoyed last night outside of the Dunk Contest and the weird Steph thing.
Dunk contest gave me cancer
That wasn’t a direct shot at you as I generally find you to be a very well informed poster.
Nah I don’t like big men winning the dunk contest period
They are not required to be there but all the living members who are on the 75 have been invited there. 60 of the 75 are still alive and from what I have heard 50 out of the 60 will be attending. I wonder if Tim will be there. I wouldn't be surprised if he's not there.

Spurs clutch as usual
The Steph thing was cheesy, but I still laughed at Steph and his wife making fools out of themselves. They also got booed which I enjoyed.
Lonnie should've been in the dunk contest and made it more exciting
