And if youre talking about arrest rate disparity,,, as I stated with repeat offenders,,,you can have can one person repeat offend 5 times over the year and on the stats it looks like 5 people who each did a crime instead of just 1 person who did 5 crimes. So i'd like to see info on the repeat offender rates between blacks and whites. So it could say 2000 blacks arrested in 2021 but in reality it may only be 800 because many are repeat offenders but you think its some great racial thing going on.

The racial disparity isn't about which race has more of the prison population. It's about the percentage of the state population of that race that is incarcerated.

RG, your apparent claim of judicial racism ignores the reality that blacks commit crimes at a proportionally higher rate than non-blacks. Not all blacks, obviously, but it is a sad but true fact. i understand there are a mul ude of reasons this is true but blaming the disproportionate incarceration simply on racism is total bull .
