Since May 2020 I haven't worn a mask, eat almost daily at restaurants, hangout with friends, have gone to many events, and come in contact with numerous people daily.
Not sure if this is what's helping me but I don't eat trash like the obese faction of our nation, I don't consume alcohol whatsoever, and I take plenty of vitamins daily.
