I knew, first. Me.
Tell that to the 1.5 million & counting Ukr's who fled to Poland.
tee, hee.
I knew, first. Me.
I am a military expert. I was when I was an intelligence analyst in the army, and I haven't stopped reading since then.
You are... a try hard. In just about any way.
Maybe you can misuse a few logical fallacy terms to demonstrate?![]()
Putin smoked their ass!!!

You got your wish. Another dead family.

"expert" Snakeboy
Z is to blame. He issued automatic rifles and the recipe for Molotov tails to anybody who held their hand up. It's war, RG, not a ing game as we've played it since after dropping those 2 on Japan 77 years ago.
Russia: any country offering airfields to Ukraine will enter conflict
A Russian defense ministry spokesman said Sunday that any country that offers its airfields to Ukraine for attacks on Russia may consider itself as having “involved” in the war.
“We would like to point out that the use of the network of airfields of those countries for the stationing of Ukrainian combat aviation for the further use against the Russian Armed Forces could be viewed as the involvement of those countries in the armed conflict,” spokesman Igor Konashenkov told Interfax news agency.
The warning follows Ukraine’s efforts to obtain MiG fighters from neighboring countries, including NATO allies such as Poland.
MF Biden has been called, kids, by Putin, KGB.
My original call was "within 30 days or so" on 1-18-22 for a full invasion, because that it what it looked like.
Saw some analysis that said "full scale invasions don't fit into the pattern of their use of force", and moderated my consideration based on that, as the arguments seemed compelling, with the "just swoop in for donbas region and stop" scenario.
I gave Putin a bit more credit than it seems he deserved, and did not foresee that he drank his own Koolaid and would miscalculate so badly with a full on attempt at a country wide Thunder Road run at toppling Zelensky.
I thought the stuff not aimed at Donbas was just for show to threaten UKR with in case they wanted to actively fight back, but walked that back as the signs of imminent movement to the border kept coming. It was obvious that the orders were given and plans made for a full on invasion.
The mud season had something to do with the delay and pootin was rushing to attack.
If they had been smart, they would have waited for drier weather conditions, but hey, pootin thought russia was a super-power.
Remember they didn't think they would have to fight. The threat of the big army would just make Ukraine melt, and the government flee.
UKR has been preparing for this for almost eight years. Putin made one of the most classic errors in analysis: "everything is the same as it was the last time". He thought he was going to get Crimea 2.0
Whatever. He also called the sanctions an act of war the other day. At this point he needs to or get off the pot. Send Ukraine the Migs and see if Putin is hard enough to do something about it. At this point I think Russia is scared less of NATO entering and is hedging their bets that we won't. In fact, he's so insecure about winning a conventional war with NATO that he immediately goes to the nuclear threat. Vladimir Pussy.
We are sending the migs anyway. Putins threat seemed more aimed at making sure that NATO bases were not harboring UKR aircraft as a safe place out of reach of Russian air.

Sooooo the the Brits are going old school for stories, essentially ham radios.
-- and urbex enthusiasts, are digging up a 150 year old tunnel network that I would doubt is on modern Russian army maps.
We're still buying Russian oil
Looks like Brandon is about to fold soon. Too weak to be strong, too weak to stay weak.
In retrospect Putin really ed up in 2014. Ukraine was an unstable corrupt country with big pro-russian segment. By cutting away the most pro-russian areas, Putin enabled Ukrainians to consolidate and purge pro-russians out of government and all intelligence and military structures.
Plus supporting Crimea and rebel regions in Ukraine has been costly for Russia.
