In the long run it will not have that much of an impact, outside of germany, which foolishly has depended overly on Russia.
US will definitely ramp up production of all sorts of petroleum products.
China will buy Russian oil and gas at a steep discount, and will consume less on the global market as a consequence, easing the impact. Fungible FTW.
Russia's economy just wasn't that big to have a huge impact globally, even with its oil production.
