It's not the quality of the weapons. It's how they were used. Armor has to be used in coordination with ground troops to keep them from being ambushed. A javelin will blow the out of US tanks too.

But still, RUS tanks suck even so. Their only saving grace is they are somewhat rugged and cheap.

Useful for attacking unruly civilians at home, so I guess SOMEONE will buy them in that role.

uhhh...you are mistaken on the impact of this war. Ukraine is also the third largest exporter of steel in the world. This is going to have a huge impact on manufacturing in Europe.

I was talking about RUS making little more than weapons and grain.

You are right though about UKRs exports.

Funny thing: UKR was making parts for RUS aircraft and tanks.

Ironic thing: UKR has a huge amount of Natgas deposits in eastern UKR. Right next to Donbas region.

If UKR can hold on to it, they can crowd out RUS gas supplies to europe.
