The early NSYNC stuff was great until they sold out.
Firewoman came on my radio after I had a few drinks. I used to always think of that as their “sell out” album. But in reality, they just took what they were doing and made it almost perfect for straight up rock. I’m not sure if they ever got the credit they deserved. It’s one of those bands that I forget I even like. But put their first handful of albums on and that’s some badass .

Tom Waits
/Avante
but seriously, Course of Nature was underrated AF. The lead singer, Mark Wilkerson, is a badass.
Whenever I hear INXS I plan to get into their catalog
"Downtown Train"
& way back did a nice turn with Stallone -Paradise Alley- '78.
Airbourne - Live it up
Rhino Bucket - No friend of Mine
Brother Cane - i lie in the bed i make
all underated songs & bands
Interpol
the Closing Time album was played to me by my grandmother when I was still in diapers.
Never underrated nor forgotten. I guess underrated by the blaxx that think Jay Z and Cardi B are all that, though.
Rucka Rucka Ali is criminally underrated. Weird Al is as milquetoast as it gets for that genre.
Mad Season
Glen Hobarts band tbh. Whatever they are called
Some forgotten great Seattle bands:
Sunny Day Real Estate
Mother Love Bone
Green River
The Melvins

Last Tuesday was sad being Layne's 20 year death anniversary.
I'll always remember the first time I head AIC. We were watching Headbanger's Ball and Man in the Box came on. I was instantly hooked. Had never heard anything like that guitar sound.
Then the whole different sound with Sap.
Saw Cantrell live with his solo band a few times. He's amazing. AIC was an amazing band. Haven't heard the new singer, hard for me to break my ties to my nostalgia.
Lanegan died recently too
That song called "Cornell and Me" is one of my faves, but the best song they have is "Glen is Dead, signed Glen's Wife".
