Seems more coherent than anything the fascists here have put forward yet.

Stats from the Florida Department of Health confirm that almost 99% of all abortions are done just for birth control.
Not my business. Neither is it yours.

Leftists are raging about the possibility of states not allowing babies to be killed in the womb.
    Abortions kill exactly zero babies.

Why do you feel the need to lie about this? Is your case that weak?

There's always the pill. Don't understand the apoplectic response, tbh. Especially to an opinion not final.
    DMC: "Does this mean this?"

    Vy65: "No"

DMC: Shows definition that says "this means this"

Vy65 "don't hide behind the definition"

You may not have heard, but lawyers and judges use this thing called “case law.” It’s this screwy thing judges do where they write out their legal analysis - it can be really lengthy and you have to read and understand a lot of it before you start to understand concepts like the canons of cons utional interpretation. So, like I said and you misquoted, your Merriam-Webster Definition is meaningless.

You did vote to make abortion illegal, it's a 100% fact. And you want women to have to raise kids alone when the dad decides he doesn't want to pay child support.
Again, they don't "have" to. My mother chose to keep the baby and raise her without the bio father being in the baby's (my) life, and my childhood growing up just west of SA was just.... peachy. But women/girls have other options when they get pregnant, both abortion and adoption. As far as adoption goes, believe it or not there is a long waiting list for adoptions... babies are a high demand commodity especially for couples who may be a bit older in their marriage and can't conceive and still want a family with kids somehow. People pay girls to be pregnant and have children. Obviously, a female shouldn't be forced to go through with a 9-month, potentially traumatic body metamorphosis experience, but adoption is a financially reasonable and potentially even lucrative alternative to raising a child they can't afford on their own.

Maybe VY65 can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there is a legal difference between being a surrogate mother and "selling" an unborn child that has already been conceived.

Probably, but that's ing stupid, because it amounts to exactly the same thing. Babies are high demand regardless of the letter of the law. One of the many cases in the USA where the book is ing re ed and only pussies & assholes do things "by the book"... there needs to be comprehensive law reform, abolish courts and judges, and have 100% objective law and end all the subjective crap, end the era of judges and juries. Make "common sense" laws built on practicality and objectivity instead of archaic process bull .

Similar to the logic behind implementing the automated strike zone instead of the plate ump paid off to pounce on an opportunity to make a timely "mistake".

Supreme Court is opening a new can of worms.

Life after Roe: Republicans are already targeting the right to a public education.

In plain English: Plenty of rights are guaranteed by implication in the Cons ution — such as a right to privacy — even if not explicitly delineated. Despite his alleged "originalism," however, Alito was quite clear that he feels the opposite is true: If it ain't singled out by name in the Cons ution, it's not a right.

On Wednesday, Texas's Republican Governor Greg Abbott announced that his administration wishes to "resurrect" a 1981 Supreme Court case that guarantees the right of all children to public education. The case in question is Plyler v. Doe, in which the court looked at a Texas law that withdrew funds from public schools that enrolled undo ented immigrants as students. After determining that undo ented immigrants are, indeed, "persons," the court struck down the Texas law.

giving birth has a higher mortality rate for women than an abortion.

    just sayin.

Gaetz is a sitting US Congressman.

We can bothsides a lot of things about Republicans and Democrats but one thing I never see from Democrat reps is outright insulting cons uents. You didn't see AOC calling the protesting truck drivers a bunch of re ed hicks who beat their wives.

Trolling libs on social media has become a key platform for the GOP, and everyone from your governor to your senator to your former president is complicit.
