Lybia: Arab Spring in Lybia started end of January 2011, NATO enforced a no-fly zone per UN SC resolution 1973 from March to October 2011.

Afghanistan: War started in 2001. NATO provided a International Security Assistance Force from Aug 2003 to to Dec 2014.

Serbia: Kosovo war started in 1998. The NATO air campaign to remove Serbs from Kosovo started in March 1999 and ended in June same year.


But this one takes the cake

Syria: NATO never intervened in Syria

They only provided Turkey with Patriot missiles to defend itself from Syrian missiles, that's it.
