So, was he shot or not?
Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was rushed to a hospital bleeding after collapsing while giving a speech on a street in Nara in western Japan Friday, Japanese media reported.
Abe was unconscious and appeared to be in cardiac arrest, according to Japanese media outlet Kyodo News.
He appeared to have no vital signs, local fire officials said, NHK reported.
But shooting only happen in USA per liberals
He always had that eatin' look on his face. And wouldn't send his country's children to the slaughters. Always took advantage of Pear Harbor & WWII. to keep his children safe. We always sent our children in his children's place.
If we hadn't hit 'em once and then..."Again." - Harry S., I'd be really put out.
Gee, first the Dutch, now the Japs. They're forbidden to do like this and are always with their noses in the air over it.
Our strongest Allies are in trouble.... should we step in?
Shinzo Abe's party is currently in power.
Jenna Ellis should stick to stuff she knows, like fixing tickets in traffic court and catching COVID from Giuliani's farts.
How is it possible? Japan is the Valhalla of gun control.
another all or nothing false dilemma, how many gun deaths per capita does Japan have on a yearly basis?
Not sure I was born yet during the previous shooting incident in Japan... and we're not even talking about mass murder here...
Sorry this is happening to you.
This is basically Monday 3pm in ChIcAgO...
Chicago whataboutism now open for general use.

Why now? Has it even been exclusive to Republicans?
The left never allowed it, it's not talked about since it's "their problem .. wink wink".
I like to bring it up, it's almost automatic to reel in conservatives with it... works every time.
it's true. someone else half a world away got shot and literally no one in this forum claims gun control is 100% effective at preventing gun deaths.
Yamagami was arrested on su ion of attempted murder and was brought to Nara Nishi police station. The police also confiscated the gun and the confiscated gun appears to be handmade.
At the police station, Yamagami reportedly said that he shot former PM Abe since he was dissatisfied with him. Cops at the police station are listening to Yamagami’s statement, news agency NHK reported.
The report by Japanese news agency NHK also revealed that Yamagami worked for the Maritime Self-Defense Force for three years until around 2005.

Mentally ill artisan?
looks homemade
if so, it's more evidence Japan's gun laws work, shooter couldn't get a properly manufactured one.

"Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe — one of the most consequential leaders in Japan’s postwar history — was shot in the chest while he was making a stump speech on a street in the city of Nara on Friday in what appears to be an assassination attempt. He is reportedly in a state of cardiopulmonary arrest.
Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has described Abe as being in a “serious condition,” and a Nara official has said that the former prime minister is no longer showing vital signs."
Well, that doesn't sound good.
Only to call you out on the double standard. That's not a win for you fwiw.
It killed the guy he targeted. How much more effective did it need to be? If anything it should show you that people who want to kill you bad enough can find a way.
Dude brings up Chicago to make fun of you and you think that's a double standard.
ing dense.
