There is no evidence at all supporting this allegation.
Second, Guo told subordinates to claim that the Chinese government had obtained the material and used it to blackmail Hunter and his father, Joe Biden.
That, too, was a lie, people involved in publishing the material told me.
Guo paid Bannon at least $1 million to help launch his media companies, and Bannon later worked as a director of GTV.

A Big Fox News/Trump Lie Just Got Wiped Out By The 1/6 Committee
Fox News and some Republicans have been saying that Trump ordered National Guard troops to the Capitol, but the 1/6 Committee has released testimony saying that Trump never gave a National Guard order.
The story from Mark Meadows that Sean Hannity and others have often repeated on Fox News is that Trump ordered 10,000 National Guard troops to be ready to go to the Capitol, but Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi rejected the troops.
Trump made the same claim numerous times in 2021.
No matter how often the lie has been debunked, it still continued to be pushed on Fox News and other conservative media.

Not only did Donald Trump fail to contact his Secretary of Defense on January 6th (as shown in our hearing),
Trump also failed to give any order prior to January 6 to deploy the military to protect the Capitol.

Former acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller told the House select committee investigating the Capitol Hill insurrection that former President Donald Trump never gave him a formal order to have 10,000 troops ready to be deployed to the Capitol on January 6, 2021, according to new video of Miller’s deposition released by the committee.
“I was never given any direction or order or knew of any plans of that nature,” Miller said in the video.
Trump has previously said that he requested National Guard troops be ready for January 6. He released a statement on June 9 that he “suggested & offered” up to 20,000 National Guard troops be deployed to Washington, DC, ahead of January 6 claiming it was because he felt “that the crowd was going to be very large.”
