Russia accuses Biden of having dementia.
Government-back newspaper (akin to State run media CNN) lists five signs Biden is mentally deteriorating.
The author listed five categories to support the paper's claim that Biden suffers from dementia and provided specific examples for each. The categories included: forgetfulness, disorientation, aimless wandering, behavioral changes including aggression, and difficulties in movement.
The paper highlighted a recent appearance Biden made in North Carolina where he "finished his speech, turned to the side and began to speak into empty space, and then began to imitate a handshake with someone invisible."
"Biden began to feverishly look around the stage on which he stood," the author said of the incident. "His expression was confused. This miserable spectacle ended with the fact that the president began to wander aimlessly around the crowded hall."
The paper also cited examples of when Biden "yelled at reporters" and insisted that "experts are sure that the state of health of the leader of the American nation inspires serious concern."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announces mandatory evacuation from Donetsk region.

(CNN)Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday called on the remaining residents of the Donetsk region to urgently evacuate in what he called a "government decision."
"Everything is being organized. Full support, full assistance -- both logistical and payments. We only need a decision from the people themselves, who have not yet made it for themselves," he said in his nightly address.
"The sooner it is done, the more people leave Donetsk region now, the fewer people the Russian army will have time to kill," he said.
Zelensky urged Ukrainians who have an opportunity to talk to "those who still remain in the combat zones in Donbas" to convince their fellow countrymen that it is necessary to leave, "especially if they are families with children."
The Ukrainian president emphasized "there are hundreds of thousands of people, tens of thousands of children" remaining in Donbas region at the moment.

BEIRUT: A judge on Friday ordered the seizure of a cargo ship docked at Tripoli in northern Lebanon carrying 5,000 tons of flour allegedly stolen from Ukraine.
The vessel, the Laodicea, is Syrian, and subject to US sanctions. The cargo is owned by Loyal Agro, a grains trading company in Turkey, which said it had provided Lebanese customs with do entation showing the source of the cargo was legitimate.
However, the Ukrainian Embassy in Beirut said the vessel was “carrying 5,000 tons of barley and 5,000 tons of flour that we suspect was taken from Ukrainian stores.” It said a judge in Ukraine had issued a ruling to seize the vessel and the cargo after an investigation.
