I mean look how summers in the PNW are becoming. Now it's starting to become normal to have 4-5 days of 100+ per year in ing Portland, Oregon. Which is what the normal number of 100+ days per year was like in San Antonio 130 years ago. In 40 years that house in Colorado might not be that great an escape.
