So ignore probably the largest seller of firearms in the US. That makes sense. You should run for public office.
Or they leave academy and Walmart mostly alone and look at big purchases at gun stores that sell only guns.
So ignore probably the largest seller of firearms in the US. That makes sense. You should run for public office.
But you said there's already a national registry. Why do you need another? I said a national gun registry is illegal. You claim that's wrong then you ask about passing a bill. If it's legal already, why does a bill need to pass?
Once you give up that misdirection I will address your next point.
Ignore large purchases at Walmart. Look at large purchases from gun stores that sell only guns.
This isn't difficult. Glad you're never going to run for office.
Walmart's gun sales policies are also mostly stricter than many laws and they don't sell ar15s.
So you only want to monitor the sales of AR-15s.
So a store that sells only guns, you're looking for a gun purchase? WOW.. never thought of that.
Would a $5000.00 sale be flagged? How about a $10,000 sale?
Let's say 1000 dollars?
So one gun can cost 10K but I can get 10 receivers for 1K and build my own guns by purchasing parts online. Would gun parts also be tracked, like stores who sell gun parts like barrels and forearm grips and stocks and triggers and bolt carrier groups? Or are you only concerned with turn key, ready to fire, serial numbered guns?
The point? You better hope your reps know more about this than you. Holy .
There is a national registry of automatic weapons and has been since 1934.
You're avoidance indicates you are not going to argue that a regular act of congress would be able to enact a national registry of all firearms. You're pissing contests to address your insecurities bore me.
Lol back to "I can build my own guns"
If the credit card company thinks $1k is a big gun purchase, sends it to law enforcement who also thinks it's a big purchase, and asks for an itemized receipt, that's perfectly fine with me.
False inference on your part
You suck at communication.
It's just an added note how Walmart does things. I've never implied anywhere here that I just want ar-15 sales looked at. You're a moron.
So you respond that you don't want Walmart monitored and you just casually mention they don't sell AR15s in the same sentence, and no one else mentioned AR15s but you, yet these aren't connected.
If Walmart sold AR15s would you want them monitored? Or is it simply the 21 and over and "green light" aspect you feel relieves them of the monitoring need?
derp demanding perfection in laws before even attempting to pass them
If they want to ask Walmart for a receipt of what they think is a large purchase of any type, great. You good now or are you going to try to weed thru every word I type some more?
YeAh buT wHat if the thReshOLd is $1000 aNd thEy pUrchAse $999 aNd doNt aSk foR a ReceiPt, aRe yoU gOing to gEt uPset?
you exempted Walmart. Explain that. If you don't want your words questioned, why respond?
Blake lost again, fart/turd protocol engaged.
Try to register one.
So why do you think legislation needs to happen to create a national gun registry? You're being inconsistent. It's obvious you know exactly what I mean when I said it's illegal to create a national gun registry.
An act of congress could create a national gun registry. Only it would require first repealing that part of FOPA then voting to create a national gun registry. If you think that's a regular act of congress, why? It's been almost 40 years and many administrations/congresses and yet it hasn't even been approached. You're avoidance indicates you are not going to argue that a regular act of congress would be able to enact a national registry of all firearms. You're pissing contests to address your insecurities bore me.
First you say I am dumbing it down then you use "insecurities" as an escape hatch.
If you think a national gun registry exists, why can't you register your guns there? Why can't you get a new subgun and register it? Please explain.
Some pussies in here are simply just scared of guns and so be it; they don't need to have them in their hands in the first place because they're most likely sissies and or on some sort of meds anyhow. BlaKKKe and co. what meds are you pussies on exactly?![]()
Nope. I'm not the one coming up with the rules. If enforcement wants to look at a huge Walmart purchase that's " great". If they don't, they don't. Same when gun shops. I'm not the one determining what amount they need to look at and at what store.
The word "great" is clear enough for most 3rd graders.
Seems you are
You try so hard
Just because you have to create an LLC or a law enforcement waiver to register automatic weapons and the like does not mean a gun registry does not exist. You can clear the legal hurdles and transfer an automatic weapon to your possession. When you do that you have to register it. That is not an illegal process.
And thank you a simple act of congress can create a broader firearms registry. I never said the POTUS could do it unilaterally. It is quite ignorant to think you would have to create two bills to do it. I can give you a brief outline how it could be done in one bill if you like.
It's a complicated issue and you dumbed it down.
