I'm not here to debate politics (10 years ago I might have taken that bait). Sports are an outlet for me and politics mixed with it makes it depressing (conservative or liberal). He's got a right to say whatever he pleases but it's a turn off and makes fewer people want to tune in...

Agreed I was in college at the time protesting against the War and was disappointed David called out anybody who wasn't supporting the war as not being patriotic. It didn't stop me from rooting for the Spurs. It's amazing now like you said when the situation is switched that conservatives want to jump ship.
