From my experienced, mixed results. Depends on the girl. Some women that's all they want, but others take or leave it, while still others are too self conscious and don't want that activity at all.

I can confirm she does love it. But her reaction gets me out of the mood. Whenever I go down on her, she starts saying "ta ta ta...ta ta ta". Kind of like a machine gun. It's distracting and definitely a boner killer.
