I’m Serbian by nationality and lived in Belgrade till 15. This WC for example, we witnessed Spain failing to score a single penalty in a penalty shootout. Penalties are not as much of a freebie as you think, especially in elimination games.

Holy , I actually looked up the conversion rate of PK's in Qatar and it's down to 58% in this World Cup
