My point was that he’s done that a number of times this year, and they’ve lost. His supporting cast is pretty ty.
Spurs also historically like to let superstars go off while game planning to shut down everyone else. A team like Mavs, pretty underwhelming outside of Luka's super s om, could totally see Luka feast and still lose tonight.
Might be wrong but I don't see how Dallas will be able to keep Doncic.
They're not just one co-star away from being a top team, they'd need a massive reshaping of the roster to put a contender on the floor. Letting Brunson slip away was really not a positive sign...

He had one good season in WSH, while still on his Spurs contract, but hasn’t come close to earning his $$$ since.
