Pack it in Spurs, getting a game on HOU is a treasure
2 games from HOU if they lose this one.

Sprinkled-Johnson with 60 plus. Primo envious…
Good loss. Love watching Sochan running the game...unlike anything we have seen from a rookie
yeah I want a Wemby/Sochan combo.
That's an A+ L on the books.
Had me worried there…
36th loss
good one!
Thats how you ing lose
Phenomenal loss.
LOL Tank capt KBD having the only + diff
I hate that I couldn’t see this in realtime. It looks like Sochan had a good one, as well as Stanley Johnson. No turnovers for Johnson, that’s a good sign. He’s been giving the ball up lately.
If the Spurs improve their play they will be winning too many games in the future so no such thing as a phenomenal loss indicating the spurs played well.
Kind of unimpressive players, lol. I'm impressed Parker, Ginobili, nor Nephew ever got 25 in their rookie seasons.
I wonder if Blair had knees what it would have been
Jeremy outshooting McBuckets from 3. Hilarious.
If you put a gun to my head and told me to guess just one player on that list, I'd be a dead man. I maaaaaybe might have gotten Blair but probably not.
I know Number Two wasn't a big scorer as a rookie but I still would have guessed him, along with Tony and Manu of course.
With this L we are 3rd from bottom, the placing that got us the TD pick.
Tony wasn’t really allowed to shoot his rookie year. Pop tore into him for looking for his own shot instead of passing the ball off. Manu was injured most of his rookie year and when he came back he only played like 20 minutes a game. And Nephew was the 4th option in a championship caliber team. He wasn’t getting any shots
Last night there was a point the three rooks were on the court at the same time. Of course, there have been numerous comments and observations about Sochan's strong performance but I am beginning to get nervous about Branham. Maybe some other posters can talk me off the ledge.
He seems to be improving everywhere except with what he was supposed to be good at, shooting. Many commenters and Sean have gone on about how perfect his shot is but man, do a lot of them clank off the iron.
Also, Blake got in and shortly thereafter I saw Pop having some tough words with him and he never saw the floor again. It wasn't the old Pop fire breathing ass chewing but it was not the "carrot" approach either. Anyone catch what he did to get banished to the bench the rest of the game?

Insane that it's even a possibility, let alone the fact that we're knocking on the door of top-3 bottom records... Spurs could be back on track much sooner than anyone can imagine if the ping-pong balls fall just right.
I'm not too concerned with Branham's shot. He's made big strides from being statistically the worst defender in the league. He's far, far better at least. I still feel he's concentrating on learning the game and what to do, although he's much better there, too. Honestly didn't think he'd get here yet a couple months ago.
What's weird is that he's a good shooter but his form is hit at all ideal. I wonder if they'll work on it down the line.
Oh, and I always suspected he'd struggle at NBA range. He wasn't exactly a deep shooter in the NCAA. He's getting there.
