You haven't responded to my acceptance of your bet yet. Someone pointed out that there is a scenario where neither of us win: if we have #2 and just pass on him. I'm OK with a win/lose/draw scenario if you are.

The conditions of the bet as it stands are:

I’m willing to bet one person on this site about this. Do you want to be it? Parameters are if the Spurs get the #2 pick and Scoot is still there at #2. I win $100 if Scoot gets drafted and kept, $100 for the other person if he’s traded before the start of the season.

Bet should be voided by being way too premature. Spurs have to get pick #2 (we all know its going to be 4), scoot has to be consensus top 3 (hes already falling and could fall further) and then you wait until opening day to enforce.

I just created this so that the bet didn't get lost in that other thread. The lottery is still over two months away, so there's no hurry for a response.

He needs more than that. He doesn't finish well, so the threat of his best case 3 point development isn't much of a threat. You just play him tight, and if he goes past you, so what?
