I know a gorgeous Trans woman and she is still struggling with the dosage (after 7 years i think). Her opinion the doctors aren't specialist just signing off up or down. She feels major anxiety. Mood swings. Yes there has been suicide. She is top 1% of this community in her mid 20s in California and considered quitting because of the mental effects. She switched from pills to injection. Similiar problem.
