Biden getting money into his sons bank account as we type
OPEC+ just agreed to cut production by another million barrels of oil per day. It's expected price will go back up to between 90 and 100 dollars per barrel.

Nice for my energy stocks
They will go up !!!!!!!
It's fine. Biden will sell more of our strategic reserves to offset and goalpost on twitter.
Biden = owned by China
I am laughing all the way to bank
So what's good for Hunter Biden is good for you.![]()
Prototypical Trumper.
Dumber than a stump and has no clue he is a hypocrite.
It always goes back up in April/May.... 2020 notwithstanding but that was a fluke year... April gas always sucks because it's more expensive than in the winter months but it's still the last of the winter blend, higher ethanol gas and it double sucks because it's one of the best months for driving roadtrips because it's not too hot or too cold and yes there's rain and storms but there's also a lot of daylight.
May 1st gas going back up to $3.xx pretty much everywhere except the most leftist states like on the west coast (and a few other random states like IL and PA with stupid-high gas taxes that will definitely charge you well over $4 from May to September) makes sense because you're getting a higher grade, low ethanol product which increases your fuel economy by 10-20% and reduces wear and tear on your engine caused by excess ethanol burning.

Price of gas going down can be a bad thing too.
https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-G...ion-Fears.htmlDiesel demand in the United States has been falling in recent months, also reflected in declining wholesale and retail diesel prices, pointing to a slowdown in industrial and freight activities and intensifying fears of a recession in the world’s largest economy.
Major U.S. transportation and logistics companies missed Wall Street forecasts in their Q1 earnings and flagged a “freight recession” last week.
“To start, we're in a challenging freight environment where there is deflationary price pressure for an industry that continues to face inflationary cost pressures. Simply stated, we're in a freight recession,” J.B. Hunt president S ey Simpson said on the earnings call last week.
Lower trucking activity and slowing U.S. economic growth, which was 1.1% in the first quarter, down from 2.6% in Q4 2022, don’t bode well for domestic diesel demand, analysts say.
Dang. Sure can't tell it from the truck traffic on I-10 and I-35 in Texas.
Gas is back just under $3.00 for most of Texas, doubt it will last very long because we're getting into the thick of summer-blend gas season (started May 1st).
It's good for travelers though. Fair to keep a balance.
I'm not saying keep the prices at 2020 levels or anything pre-Katrina. But to keep prices at 2015-2019 levels nationwide would be sustainable, wise, and fair to all.
2006-2014 (Except for a small sliver of late 2008), 2021, and especially 2022 was just ridiculous and unfair to the consumer and we should get tax credits based on odometer change especially for 2022, which was abhorrently absurd.
Three of the last 4 POTUSes are to blame... ironic that the one guy who's not to blame is the only guy that the system made a one term president.
Ironic you brought that up. One of them just broke my windshield by flinging a golfball sized rock into me in early March on eastbound I-10 just west of downtown Houston.

It's that Paris Climate thing that the Dems had the US sign off on along with most all the rest of the world.
That is a big part of what's driving the EV switch.
Imho I'm not on either "side". Am told on excellent source it's a net even wash on which does more harm to the earth gassers vs EVs.
“excellent source”who? The old fruitcake that you drink cinnamon whiskey with?
And states, even blue states including Illinois, are adding an EV fee, often some $200-400 per year, to people's car registration for having an EV because it "cir vents the gas tax"
Just proves to show the Dems are all about money, they couldn't give a about being green but it is a political means to an end.
And those broken windshields are getting really expensive on newer vehicles. I have had to replace windshields on both my truck and my wife's Telluride this year. Both are "smart" windshields that are over $1000 to replace and have to be recalibrated after replacement.
Tell me you are not rich without saying you are not rich.
"Price of gas going back up."
LOL at Cosmic licker being "rich".
I mean, it just sky rocketed
Oh lord!!!
At these astronomical prices, how will the butler ever attend his small intestined cows at the lower 40 estate without a gofundme campaign?
My chauffer was getting set to buy his private island near New Guinea but with the price of gas, he figured it would be too costly to keep flying his old G4 back and forth all the time that far. He may have to settle for something in the Caribbean.
Conserva s have been rooting for $100 a barrel forever, even back in the Obama days. Ask Snacks. They just mad Old Joe keep throwing shade at em...
