It’s hard to overstate how great the FO has been since they got on board and picked a firm direction. They have made savvy trades, collected assets and put spurs in a premier spot to get lucky and they did.

of a job and now it’s on them to see it through and capitalize

    Actual Ping Pong ball selection

This is ing great. Imagine the destiny of our franchise depends on the 10ths of seconds that dude takes or not to decide when he grabs 5 shaking ping pong balls.

And I love how some other dude in the background semi-yells "San Antonio".

I’m happy for everyone honestly. Happy for Pop that he gets a special player to mold. Happy for Wright after all the sh*t (some fair some not) that things look great. Happy for our youth that worked hard and stayed professional and now get a real talent to unlock them. Happy for us fans. Just amazing

Yeah, that's what I also mentioned earlier. It's good for the young guys who had to go through a messy year to see it was for something amazing. They're gonna be fired up too.

I'm pretty sure that video is fake because I highly doubt the league would put logos on the outside of each envelope with their respective team order.
When you look at Tatum’s movements before revealing a team, you can see he’s either opening something either unfolding something, so you have a point indeed.

Facts. Trading Dejounte in hindsight was brilliant. Sold high and stock-piled multiple FRP’s, along with the DeMar, Jakob, and Josh Richardson trades. We now have our (hopefully) cornerstone franchise player as well as a plethora of draft capital moving forward. This really couldn’t have worked out any better for us tbh. Holt will get his flowers, but Brian Wright deserves a ton of credit for this. He got a lot of from Spurfan including myself when he was first hired because he was an unproven commodity. But outside of the Primo mess (which no one could have foreseen), he’s absolutely hit it out of the park thus far as our GM with these trades and choosing not to remain in NBA purgatory Play-In status. Hopefully that continues with the upcoming draft picks and potential trades and what not. But the Spurs suddenly look to have a bright future with Wemby, Sochan, Vassell, Malaki, Tre Jones, Zach Collins, etc. Makes me excited for the future of Spurs basketball, something I couldn’t have said just a year ago. Pretty fkn awesome tbh.

such an efficient tank job compared to the sixers/rockets lol

identify a tank year. trade your one proven stud player for a bunch of assets that dont help this year. land the generational pick. tank over.

lol keep Dejounte and get a first round exit and get Brice Sensabaugh with #16

    OR

Trade Dejounte for a hoarde of value future picks and get Victor Wembanyama with #1

lol at "aint no first pick" yeah ain't no postseason success either. Wouldn't trade our odds for #1 overall for what keeping DJ Murray would've gotten us instead lol

Damn.. The Spurs won the 1st and the fourth pick (twice) too!!!. They had to re-do the lottery for the fourth pick thrice as Charlotte got the fourth pick again too! )

    Lol Rockets & Pistons )

Fun fact: Zach Lowe who attented a lottery drawing once said, that the so called "backup machine" actually is a basketball that is cut open to fill the ping pong balls into it to draw by hand.
