Most of us connected the dots after a couple months. Deep seeded racism made it impossible for many of the others to come to grips with the reality and sadly this still remains true today.

Police should operate a drug test, wait for the results and then decide if they should place people in the back of Cop cars. Maybe contact their health care provider and check if they have underlining health issues too. Then proceed with the arrest

whats the discourse to be had? we now have the full report from the guy who testified under oath at trial that the death was the result of homicide, and that heart/drug issues were factors but not the top causes?
does the full report dispute that? where does the report say what the cause of death is?

Joey Santos and George Floyd, just two guy who have used illegal substances, both with arrests on their record, and if they die too bad cuz these criminals both deserved it equally.

Nobody deserves to die at the hands of police simply because they have a criminal record or drugs in their system. Passing a fake $20 bill shouldn't be a death sentence in the street either.
I agree if they shot him. He wouldn't remain in the cop car, as I have plenty of times. Poor technique against a 6 '4' erratic human on drugs? I'll agree. Changes to technique have been made. That's George's legacy. Did his former co-worker do it on purpose? I don't believe so.

Presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. There was no good reason to shoot Floyd, same for kneeling on his neck until dead.
The cop was found guilty of murder, btw.
One of the few places that still exist where Joey's dream of a "if someone says something I do not like I can kill them" culture is jail.
