You asked what the rush to indict could be from and I offered a plausible theory considering the indictment was announced mere hours after. Announcing the indictment right after the FBI do ent is reported on is a great way to bury the CHS 10 million dollar bribe story. It was well played politics and it worked.

this case is mainly about classified do ents being mishandled, obstructing the investigation into the DOJ investigation and the - expediency was due to the govts responsibility to SECURE the docs and stop any nefarious activity involving these docs from continuing
so it is a priority and had trump done the exact same thing biden/pence/hrc did- this docs case would have been closed and the other investigations into any espionage activity could have continued without fanfare
this is closer to Qanon talking points than typical GOP talking points
