Why is judge Aileen Cannon anywhere close to this case considering her obvious incorrect rulings concerning Trump (who appointed her)?
She should have zero to do with a case of this magnitude considering her inexperience and previous blatant blunder ruling concerning Trump.

Because cases are handed out based on jurisdiction, etc. I think people are jumping the gun on Cannon. It's true she was terrible in the prior civil case, but eventually she was overruled on appeal and hopefully learned a lesson.
Plus this case isn't going to last in her court if she plays games again, and the only one looking terrible is her.

Have you read the judgement that overturned her position? It was 3-0 and it wasn't indicating a mistake as much as stating that there was no legal basis, law, or precedent that would justify her partisan actions.

I did. That's the point. Such decisions tend to leave a mark, especially when they're so public. At some point you really can't have many of those without calling for eventual impeachment proceedings.
