LVPD announced that no charges will be filed so maybe they'll move their protests to outside the police department headquarters.
A part of me wants Spurs to DNP Wemby just for the massive outrage that would happen in mainstream media.
Anyhow, if it's Wesley-Branham-Champagnie-Wembanyama-Barlow starting lineup and they don't get pulled early, I fully expect a 50 points blowout, Hornets SL roster is just disgustingly bad.

If this was a different organization I wouldn't be surprised to see them to run up the score and put the (summer) league on notice. But the Spurs don't operate that way. If they do win by 50 it will be because of how bad the Hornets are.

but as to the game, some of the things I will be looking for:
1) how does Wemby respond to all the hype.
2) how do the other players respond to all the hype.
3) which spur has the best game?
4) how will Wemby be used?
5) and, of course, the play of branham, wesley, barlow, cissoko and champagnie.
I've been doing that Police Academy Hightower as a voodoo witch doctor chant in the back of the police van all week except it starts with "Wembi-yama-yama-yama-yaaah-muh."

Still unbelievable that people want to blame a security guard (or worse, the guard's client?) for literally doing their job exactly correctly and not Brit for being a dangerous and impulsive feral crackhead with zero tact or respect.
Good to know if I ever see Brit in public I can just walk up and reach out and grab without permission and she's totally cool with it, right?
