The Nazi party made from an out of control, bigoted movement by a bunch of people convinced they were a master race. The Wehrmacht was the actual military that the Nazi party used to do their bidding. And yes there were people in the Wehrmacht that thought the ideology was overboard and dangerous. And others that loved the idea and got themselves into power within the Wehrmacht. Which in the end helped to defeat what was a very efficient machine. Zealots ride waves and sometimes use their military. Not the first time it has happened. Some patriots blindly follow movements .
