One small fact check: InBev owns Modelo everywhere but in the United States, where Modelo is owned by Constellation Brands by virtue of consent decree in one of the few times in the past 25 years that the United States has given a about anti-trust enforcement.

Similarly, when InBev acquired SABMiller it was also required to completely divest of Miller's US interests. These deals have left an interesting patchwork of brands owned by InBev everywhere but in the US.
