Background
On December 27, 2005, appellant went to victims house to buy ten Lortab pills. Appellant received only nine pills. Appellant then went to co defendants house, telling him and others that he had been shorted a pill. Co defendant and appellant=s friend, developed a plan to rob victim because he had shortened appellant one pill. co defendant also called his brother, to assist them in committing the robbery.

Losing their freedom is the punishment. Letting prisoners suffer and die in the heat isn't part of the sentence, it's dereliction of duty by the state to its wards.
BTW, thousands of prison officers are working in life threatening heat too, no love for them, boomerfair?
they still don't have air conditioning at TDCJ facilities. I am sure the convicts are thinking they are in a country club.
