You know, just showing everyone what a tattoo looks like that wins a compe ion judged by janitors...a compe ion Joey would have no chance at winning.
Better view of the inside of the leg. Joey, do you have anything close to this?

To be honest, this isn't really my speed...but the color mix and shading are phenomenal.
This has become a "show & tell" now? Bro, I've worked at expos and some are legit, some not so legit, and yes some are judged by whomever they can get to judge just like janitors and concession workers. You have no clue because, well, how many expos have you worked at before?
Either way, nice work! I love Japanese inspired work like those phoenix's. My whole torso is a Japanese piece based around a story about a warrior.
You worked at an expo judged by janitors? At what point when you clocked in did you realize maybe this isn't legit
Adam22 over here trying to get me to respond to his ass.![]()
Working on a Joey version:
Derpin on a Saturday night (spurstalk.com)
Bobby Vinton beat you to it.
Dude you should check the Yakuza games. All the big characters have ridiculously awesome ink:
Kazuma Kiryu
Goro Majima
Akira Nishikiyama (a koi trying to jump through a torii gate to be transformed into a dragon)
Nishikiyama and Kiryu before getting their tattoos colored in
Ichiban Kasuga
Daisaku Kuze

Those are sick baseline bum! That first one, the dragon, is most definitely a Horiyoshi III piece. The last one on your second reply is a deity called Fudo Myo-O and he's on my torso as well as Mongaku the warrior.
I def need to check that game out. Thanks for the posts bud!![]()
Keep coming up with your incel threads you ing pathetic loser.![]()
What happened to BlaKKKe22? Where's he at?![]()
It's like 8 games haha. Ninth one comes out this fall and tenth one early next year.
Wow! Is that 8 separate games are 1 series that spans 8 games?
Probably working at his job.
Chump's been very upset ever since I told him to kick rocks again a week or so ago. Here he is being his lonely pathetic self like usual looking for attention like the little that he is.
Little !
You asked a question. I answered. No need for you to meltdown over every single post.
It's like two series: Yakuza 0-6 and then the new one coming this fall are centered mostly around Kazuma Kiryu while Yakuza Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon 8 are centered on Ichiban Kasuga. All the tats from my first post other than the Ichiban Kasuga one are from Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami. Kiwami means "extreme" so Yakuza Kiwami is really like Yakuza 1 Extreme and Yakuza Kiwami 2 is really like Yakuza 2 Extreme, where the Kiwami/Extreme refers to them being more modern remakes of old PS2 games. Starting this year the games are having their name changed from Yakuza to their Japanese name, Like a Dragon, eg 龍が如く, where 龍 is Dragon (pronounced Ryu) and 如く is Likeness (pronounced Gotoku) and then が (pronounced ga) is just a sound used to indicate 龍 is the subject of the sentence.
On Playstation and Steam both Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami often go on sale for like $5, and would guess it's the same for XBox too. The games have such over the top combat
They're also really funny if you do the sidequests, and 0 and Kiwami mostly take place in a (slightly) fictionalized version of the Kabukicho red light district in Shinjuku in Tokyo and a (slightly) fictionalized version of the Dotonbori red light district of Osaka.
Also the stories develop in numbered order.. eg starting with 0, going to Kiwami, then Kiwami 2, then 3-6. Then Like a Dragon Gaiden (the one coming this year) should be the continuation of 6 while Like a Dragon 8 is the continuation of Yakuza Like a Dragon (which is called 龍が如く7 or Like a Dragon 7 in Japan). Pretty ing confusing
Also Yakuza Like a Dragon still takes place after Yakuza 6 while Like a Dragon Gaiden is supposed to be a direct sequel to Yakuza 6.

Forgot to mention it before, but I vaguely recall the characters occasionally talking about the artists who did their ink but I don't know if they used real names or not. Wouldn't surprise me if they talked about real artists though since for instance when you go to hostess clubs in the game, eg places you pay girls to drink with you, the series sometimes has actual Japanese pornstars playing themselves in the hostess clubs. The one I can remember is Kana Momonogi.
Turns out the artist they talk about in the game was fictional. The real artist who designs all the tats for the series is Horitomo, and god his work looks unreal. I'm going to have to buy some of his prints and shirts.

Curious
How much for the leg tattoo that Benefactor showed?
Plus or minus
Just wondering
A thread about you is what you term an "incel thread".
Your wish shall be granted.
Here's a sneak peek:
Midnight, and in the air is a little mist.
Still I'm gonna hide out 24 from Bene's fist.
California artist. He made big waves in the tattoo community with his monmon cat book he published years ago.
The design on that cat is of , Jigoku.
Depends on the artist but more or less 3-6k. It's costly these days especially now that SaTx is catching up to California prices and people are raising their hourly rates from $100-120/hr to like $150-200/hr.
