For someone claiming they've had six car accidents involving deer in two years, you should be worried about why SkyNet AI in cars or mother nature is trying to kill you, and employment issues are the least of your worries.
"At will" employment is the problem. Literally terminations out of the blue for no reason. The burden of proof for reason of cause for termination of employment, i.e. a person's livelihood, should be on the employer, not the employee.
Right to work regards the freedom of not forcing employees to pay hefty union dues. If they're going to repeal right-to-work, they should at least require the employer to cover the union dues, not the employee.

Sorry you got fired, but let’s be honest… it probably wasn’t “out of the blue”, you probably deserved it.
OP should focus on actually contributing to society and not being a complete ing re on a Spurs forum where he pretends to be a millionaire
6 deer in 6 years I said, not two years
Didn't get fired. Only lost 1 job in 2023 to date and also only lost one in 2022. I'm just saying.
In 2021 and 2020 each I gained and lost double digit jobs. Most of them were the contract variety though. W2 season was a mess
So that makes it batter?![]()
You really have to screw up to lose a job with Uber
