Gonna be difficult for the GOP to win on the national stage for awhile. I think enough people are tired of MAGA and have no interest in going back 4 years. Not gonna be until the GOP fully moves away from the MAGA movement and Q before they can attract enough independents to overwhelm the growing millennial vote
American politics is a pendulum. The more winning one side does, the bigger voice the extremists get. Turning off the independents. We saw this after 8 years of Bush & Obama.

Barr will be on of a witness for the prosecution at the trial.

Exclusive: Barr obliterates Trump’s defense: ‘He knew well that he had lost the election’

Former Attorney General Bill Barr on Wednesday undermined a key pillar of his old boss’ defense in the special counsel’s probe into 2020 election interference, telling CNN’s Kaitlan Collins that Donald Trump “knew well he lost the election.”

The former attorney general also described Trump’s alleged actions as detailed in the indictment as “nauseating” and “de able,” saying on “The Source,” “someone who engaged in that kind of bullying about a process that is fundamental to our system and to our self-government shouldn’t be anywhere near the Oval Office.”

What’s fascinating about the “Trump truly believed he won” defense theory is that simultaneous to being a defense to the crimes charged, it is a complete admission that Trump is completely unfit for office. A person who “truly believes” that Trump won the 2020 election is a delusional moron, who should never hold any position of trust anywhere.

Unfortunately, delusional morons make up a significant portion of the US population these days.

Only one person I know has ever stated Trump won but he was intoxicated at the time. Many have stated questions about the voting process itself. I believe in 2020 40% of voters used the mail in ballot option. We need to take a deep look into how that's handled locally. You should be required to show ID at the box, not just sign it. Hence you shouldn't be permitted to drop off multiple ballots. That solves the issue of flooding out ballots, also ballots of deceased/relocated. But this is European viewpoint where we tend to do things more logically and organized.

Secondly it's more acceptable to blame foreign nations (Russia helped Trump beat Hillary) than questioning ones own nations election process.

Here’s the fun thing: all of these “questions” have already been asked and answered and there has never been any degree of fraud discovered to be outcome determinative.

I realize you and your ilk like to do this “I’m just think these are questions we should ask” routine to cast doubt on a process that has been repeatedly proven secure, because it is a routine that works on that significant portion of the population who are delusion morons that I mentioned earlier. Election security is something we should constantly strive for, but we have already achieved secure elections without having to discontinue certain portions of the voting process that disproportionately help one party over another. The routine is as transparent as your pretend European schtick.

No ID required. Can't take your nations election process seriously. Anyone can find a ballot, scribble some on the line and turn it in.

2 straight elections where a party is crying foul.

Just man up and have a normal 1st World voting process like the rest of Planet Earth. I believe you Americans are capable.

Your side cries foul every time they lose and sometimes even when they win. Educate yourself.

What elections are those? I don’t recall anybody crying foul in the 2016 voting process, tbh…

The US election system *is* first world.

You need to get into your head that the vast majority of people not voting conservative has everything to do with backward ass conservative policies and stances. I get that it’s just much more comfortable to think some shady is going on instead, but there isn’t. This isn’t new either, been happening for a long time now (since dubya sr at least?), we’re well beyond a statistically significant sample.

This goes hand in hand with what I talked about a while back: Democracy isn’t working for conservatives anymore. Most of that party figured out as much already. This is indeed dangerous for the Republic.

We learned that trait from you, Dumper. We just never ins uted the strategy till Trump...when he called out the RINO's and they had to fly straight for a bit.

How could it, day 1 of Trump you threatened blow up the White House.

Then when he brazened it out anyhow only to find his security team, led by that Clapper waitin' for him with an official TOP SECRET do ent stating that he'd been accused of being pissed on by Russian women in Russia.

You got what was comin' to ya, El.

Your regrets are your own. I've no sympathy for you.

He can just say he was talking about his primary opponents. There's no other context there, so don't really see the big deal that's being made out of this.
