seriously?
Slim pickings with WOKE dominating the stock. So, I viewed -Thinner- for the umpteenth time on the MAX stream. Stands up well 25 years later, though I still can't get the full understanding about who dies and who doesn't at the end from eating that cursed strawberry pie. Anybody?
Michael Constantine is nails as the Old Gyp. Gets better every time I see him.
Joe Mantenga is wrong for that part. He looks good, but it doesn't mix with the violence that presses in as it winds down.
Fine cast otherwise.
Bikers & Gypsies scare the out of me. They just don't care.

On the Amazon stream they're showing the entire Andy Griffith Show start to finish. It's unbelievable and unforgivable that commercial television has butchered these episodes so thoroughly. It is an entirely different experience watching them 100% pure. You have no idea what has been cut and lost and how important this cut materiel is to the individual episode and the series as a whole.
seriously?
The Channel - Bank Heist gone wrong flick. Lots of shoot'em up action. Fairly well directed and good cinematography. Not a bad flick, not a great one. Fun to watch 6/10.
What venue does it air on?
Amazon Prime
Thanks. I'll watch it sometime today.
If you like firearms, this is the flick for you. More gunfire than HEAT bank robbery.
Cubby check this song
Were you able to check it out?
My COX Internet has been out off and on since yesterday. Hope to today, bomber. I found it, put it there in my (My List) and it slated it for my dinner hour. Nothing but trouble all night long.
Streaming.
Megan: 6/10
The Circle: 4/10
Vengeance: 6.5/10
Which streams, Ed?
I think I watched the Circle on Netflix and Megan and Vengeance on Prime.
Thanks, Ed.
Annihilation - 7/10
Exceeded my expectations. It's pretty much a sci-fi story about the Earth getting cancer.
Fine recommendation, bomber. Enjoyed it thoroughly. The absolutely goods. The kid who played Jaime had a quality role in -A Walk to Remember- from like 20 years ago. I thought I recognized him immediately, but the ages didn't make sense, but I checked it and it was him! He's has a good career as an actor and producer that I didn't even know about.
Has made my Friday, bomber. Thank you.
Which stream, D_P?
Here is a picture of Clayne Carroll then/"A Walk to Remember" & 20 years later.

The Amazon stream has started airing the entire series/4 seasons -The Wild, Wild West- with Robert Conrad.
"Doctor Loveless" shows in the 3rd episode, Season 1. Season 1 is in B&W, but it is good see this series again in such pure form.
I got [Megan/Uncut] ready to go and will watch later tonight.
Fine for the first half, but then there was no where to go but where it went and it went there fast and furious + with a string of comedy in among the rips and tears.
Damn shame but what else was there to do.
Cute little ens, she was the best looking girl in the whole movie.
Holy I just watched it tonight toodidn't even know you were. Finished it about an hour and a half ago or so just before showering.
I don't like the lack of an ending though. What happened to the aunt? Does she go to jail for manslaughter or something? Does she get to keep custody of Katie?
I hate when movies end without a distinct and final ending, especially given that it's a stand-alone movie where there's not going to be a sequel or anything.
M3GAN (2023) - 7/10
Well done, I just don't like that there wasn't a conclusive ending after the cops showed up and sort of a glimpse into the future of the characters before it ended
It was well done and well acted and really demonstrated why AI is too risky and too dangerous and that humanity should refrain from it.
Get A Job (2016) - 5.5/10
Not horrible, decent cast, just a lot of random plot holes and really tacky and really mostly more of a stoner flick than anything.
Welp, I'm actually close to being retired as of now. No biggie, there's plenty of money in the bank and hopefully if I'm retired it'll mostly or wholly negate child support to that putrid little rat up north I don't even know or want anything to do with
The other thing is we're planning on selling the house next summer and moving somewhere with a cooler clime. She really liked it in Michigan last year when I took her up there for a year. Maybe the U.P. would be a nice place for her.
