"Behold, I make all things new."
"Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done."

"Behold, I make all things new."
Confucius say, man who claim he is self-employed and living in mom's basement, never had chance with Jenna, never.
Say what?
Yes, Jenna is too smart and wants a real man.
He done killed everyone in a flood because he was pissy
What a god; he expects absolute loyalty but kills everyone on a whim.
That is a fine how-do-you-do.
What's funny is that exact story can found on Sumerian cuneiform which predates the Jewish people fleeing Egypt by like 1000 years.
Gilgamesh a recidivist god? Not like he flooded them, sold them into bondage, gave them a land with milk and honey, only to have romans take it away and resold into bondage, experience diaspora and religious persecution.
What type of god is that?
Gilgamesh liked cats so it cannot be him.

Just looked it up. It was Akkadian not Sumerian. It also only included a creation myth and the flood story. The Levites obviously coopted it.
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time."

Most of the so called Christian around here would be going straight to from what I have read in this thread.
They do not know the central Bible story so I put as much credence in their christianity as most of the story time we read around here.
Plus, they keep pronouncing the name of their lord and savior as “Jesus” when that is not how his actual name was pronounced.
Jesus is the English translation of the Greek pronunciation of a Hebrew name.
"Behold, I make all things new."
Do you think Trump is humble?
No, would you be humble after being threatened to be shot to death at least 3 times and blown up 1 time, Blake?
Uh, uh. Nope.
"If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
-Romans 10:9 NIV

"Behold, I make all things new."
The terminal -s is the Greek nominative case ending and not really even part of the name.
Blake how would this be any different if The Great Dust Specht family was shown?
If you really look at what Jesus appeared to have meant when he said “follow me,” it does not appear to mean “believe certain precepts about me and then try to dominate the world, by force if necessary.” At a minimum in the New Testament, it would appear to entail abandoning a conventional lifestyle in favor of a communal minimalist lifestyle built upon service to others. I suppose if Christians actually lived that way they’d have more credibility as a force for good in society rather than as would-be oppressors fixed on domination.
You'll do the bell & steeple shuffle there as your life winds down, Stout. & Christ will accept you.
Let us proceed...
I don't know anyone named Specht, do you?
"Dominate by force" comes from the Old Testament, so it depends on the sermon of the week which way preachers want to go.
