Logistically and training wise, it impossible to give them everything they want at once.
The Ukrainians have a plan and US/NATO are trying to provide the material with available funds and as fast as they can to support the plan without breaking their bank or pissing off their cons uents.

UKR has done everything pretty smart at the strategic level.
They learned from their mistakes early and and settled for a slow attritional grind that is killing far more Russians than Ukranians. Russia may be three times larger, but it seems to be taking six times the losses that Ukraine is. Some parts of the lines are reporting that they can smell Russian lines miles away due to the stench of dead russians.
Best analysis that I have seen puts the numbers of Russian dead fairly close to what UKR claims it has killed.
There are not "millions" of Russians in the illegally occupied areas. Russia didn't send that many colonists.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, the head of the Center for Civil Liberties and one of the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize winners, sees the child murders as part of a deliberate terror policy pursued by Russia's army in Ukraine. She considers these war crimes to be part of Russian military culture.
