A lot of things have changed since the Minsk agreements. It's now not in either sides interest to keep this war going on for years -- this seems obvious to me.
In the grand scheme of things there is not that much territory in terms of square km. This won't take years.

RUS is losing the ground war. Their ground artillery systems have been attritted to the point where they are running out of barrels much less entire units. Their tank and helicopter fleets have been decimated with very little ability to replace. Both sides are using drones and cruise missiles but western air defense systems are performing much better. The fleet based cruise missiles have dried up but the one advantage that RUS has is their long range bomber using cruise missiles.

If the conflict lasts until next summer then UKR will have fleets of F-16s to integrate. They have not really had much of an air force to this point.

France, Germany pave the way to making weapons in Ukraine
As Western armies’ stocks start to dry up, governments encourage the private sector to build partnerships with Kyiv.

PARIS — French and German defense companies are setting up local shops in Ukraine for arms maintenance — a first step toward manufacturing weapons in the country.

This week, Germany’s Federal Cartel Office gave the green light to a proposed joint venture between Rheinmetall, a German arms maker, and the Ukrainian Defense Industry, a Ukrainian state-owned defense group.

France’s Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu traveled to Kyiv this week with about 20 French defense contractors — reportedly including Thales, MBDA, Nexter and Arquus — to facilitate partnerships with Ukrainian officials.

On Friday, the Ukrainian capital hosted the Defense Industries Forum, an arms fair attended by 165 defense companies from 26 countries.

At the event, Ukrainian officials met directly with defense companies to sign contracts without going through Western governments, explore joint production opportunities and provide specific input about their needs on the ground in the fight against Russian President Vladimir Putin's full-scale invasion.

The goal is to “boost co-production and cooperation to strengthen Ukraine and our partners,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said earlier this week.

    Sure.

Theres a lot of data. The s ing at th3 end of 2021 and early 2022 increased exponentially. Thats a sign of an operation about to happen. Most of the increased s ing was from Ukranian side

ALSO NATO was scarmbling to add Ukraine to NATO during that time. It was basically a race against time.
Why is it guys like you here just say "there's lots of data out there you find it" instead of just posting a link.

There's no proof that NATO was "scrambling to add Ukraine" and even then if that was any reason for Putin to hurry up and attack while he could.

And oh yeah, cuz Nazis bad.

Time is not on Russia's side.

They have managed to keep their tanks running so far, and maintain any kind of armored presence on the battlefield by cannibalizing the thousands of tanks leftover from the Soviet era.

At some point, those stocks will be gone, even the 70 year old ones.

Same thing goes with their artillery tubes. RUS has been losing somewhere around 30+ PER DAY just to combat losses, let alone maintenance deadlines.

Remember tubes have a fixed life, and Russia has been firing its stock as fast as it can supply them for almost two years.

Russia is using everything related to this war faster than it can make new things. Tanks, artillery, ammo, trucks, jets, heliocopters, ships, etc.

Russia's industrial complex can ramp up, but corruption rot will eat a lot of that potential.

New barrels are not arriving, since the technology for their mass production is almost lost. Now they are removing barrels from equipment that is located at storage bases that have a service life of at least 50%.

On the other side where the Nazi's are you have nary corruption. Nary. All monies stolen are Ukrainian's citizens paid taxes, not the money that Biden is giving them.

France Delivers 6 More CAESAR Self-propelled Howitzers to Ukraine, Thales Is Ready to Work With Local UAV Manufacturers

    ...
In particular, it is noted that the KNDS holding (a member of which is the French company Nexter) will supply Ukraine with six additional CAESAR self-propelled howitzers.

At the same time, it is claimed that KNDS already performs maintenance on previously delivered CAESAR self-propelled howitzers on the territory of Ukraine. It is also reported that this holding already has an agreement with one of the Ukrainian companies to provide maintenance of the CAESAR self-propelled howitzers for the long term in Ukraine, including the production of spare parts on site." This agreement also "takes into account the AMX-10s" previously supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At the same time, the company ARQUUS, as a manufacturer of VAB armored vehicles, intends to manufacture, together with Ukrainian enterprises, components for these combat armored vehicles, which are currently in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This is Arestovich. The former most unfluential counselor to Kokqmedian Zelensky.

Now he is saying Russia is infinitely stronger than any European country its only inferior to the entire NATO block together

Also saying a Ukranian-Russian alliance would rule the world
