    Discounted cash flow is such a BS valuation, this method should never be used for tax or loan purposes as it is easily manipulated. Usually it gives a fundation for a transaction M&A where both parties have fun trying to get to the price they feel comfortable with. I'm having some interesting back and forth on growth rate of end value with a seller based on gut feelings he has 150 m in mind, I have 100 m.. it will end up at 125 m but yeah let's try a calculus so that egos are not hurt

    He is listed on the witness lists submitted by the New York Attorney General and Trump’s legal team.

    In civil cases defendants can be called to testify and, if they refuse the jury, or in this case the judge, can use that against them in weighing the evidence.
