Exactly what I have read.
The west and especially that the US KNOWS oil up and down the line from a technological perspective. Its how our oil companies get their grimy hands into other countries affairs.
We had to rely on foreign companies for wind farming to begin with, which is really a sad statement because now we have become very innovative in this energy conversion as well.
And Texas delaying on transmission lines for wind is just stupidity. We just waste good energy. Someone needs to come up with some innovative name for green energy that the Red team does can handle with out knee jerking a foot into mouth and leaving us behind in basic energy standards.

RUS has moved its fleets out of Sevastopol. In the wake of the losses of the oil platforms in the western black sea and consistent, successful strikes, RUS moved them to their holdings in the east.
