It's not possible to do this. Giving 1.1m people 24 hours to move through an already wrecked landscape with only as much as they can carry into the area Israel will eventually attack isn't realistic.

I have a feeling the 50% of Gaza that wasn't born yet or just recently born in 2006 had nothing to do with Hamas or the horrendous attack on Israel last Shabbat. That was the last time there was an election there. The US insisted Hamas be legalized as a political party, otherwise, it wouldn't have happened.
Since then, Hamas has remained in power, and crushed internal opposition, with actual support from Israel.

Gaza has been under a blockade since 2007. They can't go anywhere. They're not allowed to.
Half the country wasn't alive or were little babies when Hamas came to power and have had no opportunity to replace them. No elections and violent repression of internal dissent.
You say it's Israel's turn, but Israel has held the whip the whole time. The people living there have been caught between Hamas and Israel with no possibility of changing the situation. It has been war since 2007, it didn't start last Saturday.
What is a blockade, if not an act of war?
