Already pointed this out. There's simply no moral equivalence. Why is Israel even taking the time to actively prove that they didn't blow up that Hospital and Hamas did?

We already know Jihadists not only don't conceive what a war crime is, they'll happily perpetrate it, broadcast it, post it on Twitter, along with celebrations on the streets about it.

Again, turn this around. Can you even imagine Israel using their own women and children as human shields? Furthermore, what do you think the Jihadists reaction to that would be?

I can absolutely believe that Israel made a mistake. I can also disagree with some Israeli tactics like not allowing aid in. But you build credibility with your actions.

Why are people bringing up the UN charter in here when one side of this conflict doesn't recognize war rules at all?

Clearly consciously killing and taking hostage civilians is a violation of any modern war code we have, yet, apparently, we have to look the other way because they don't recognize it?

The pictures I saw taken this morning of the alleged hospital explosion showed a parking lot with some burned cars. The buildings were all intact. There was a small crater. What I understand to be the hospital is a small two-story building. There is evidence of concrete and metal shrapnel from pavement and fencing. It’s likely that shrapnel impacted people in the area resulting in casualties.

So no hospital was destroyed and there’s no way 500 people died. Who is responsible for blowing up the parking lot remains open to interpretation I guess.

Well, last I checked Israel is an officially recognized government with elected leaders who answers to the U.N. (Well, as much as you can answer to a paper tiger, but I digress). Hamas is not elected and not an officially recognized government. Should Israel be free to drop phosphorus in Gaza because they're fighting terrorists?
