Wins will correlate with how much length advantage the Spurs have against the opposing team, IMO. It’s bully ball this season. The beginning might be rocky as they’re all getting used to playing with each other, but I’ll go bold with my take and predict 7-3. Losses to PHX and MIN.

A lot depends on whether Wemby can maintain the energy level and production we’ve seen in preseason while playing 30-35 min a night. If he does that then we’ll be an above .500 team

and which players in those first 10 games try to BULLY Wemby?
And knowing I suck - I will predict a 8 wins - 2 losses - I think Wemby aint ing around.

The optimist in me says 6-4, the realist in me says 3-7.
Spurs will probably surprise us winning some hard games (like Phoenix or Clippers), but then will also drop an egg or two against teams like the Raptors or Pacers.
I think this team has the talent (with Wemby) to hang in most of these games, but we have yet to see him against ACTUAL NBA compe ion. Preseason is close and he has looked great, but still is not the same as going against actual NBA rotations who are trying to win games.
I expect growing pains, so I'll go with 3-7 and hope to be surprised.
I'm most curious to see how many minutes Pop has decide to give Wemby each night. 29?
It's not an easy start, but I'm optimistic so I'd say 6-4
Will highly depend on the Frankenstein lineups Pop will experiment with. We'll see lots of unconventional lineups to see what we got.

4-6. This team really seems to drop off when Wemby is not in the game. If he’s playing around 20 minutes a game, things are not going to go well. If he plays 30+ minutes a game, then I’d switch those around to 6-4.

8-2. Spurs went to a great start last year, until they started losing (tanking).
It’s a bold prediction, but I think they are an 8th or 9th seed. I think they will have a great start, with their big line-up, teams are expecting that “worst” defense from last year. I think teams will not be accustomed to Wemby’s length and quickness at first. They will catch up, until Wemby get much stronger but that’s much later on. For now, the Spurs will catch some by surprise and will result to wins, but teams would adjust as the season progresses and the Spurs would start losing as they are quite still young and inexperienced, but enough wins for the play-in or even an 8th seed.
But yeah, the team is motivated to win and they will have a great start.

I’ll say 5-5 tho. Healthy clips and suns probably spank em. The rest are winnable but I’m not expecting this team to be perfect in winnable games
